If you are not completely satisfied that your computer is more secure with installed AVG protection, please contact us within 30-days of purchase for a no-questions-asked, full refund.
Yes, for all AVG home and business products we provide a 30-day, no-questions-asked, money back guarantee. This cooling-off period is designed to ensure that you are happy with your purchase of AVG software and to remove any risk from your purchase.
Beyond this cooling-off period, AVG will not normally give refunds if you change your mind. However, where the goods delivered by us are faulty, wrongly described, or different from the sample shown to you, AVG will, at your choice, either refund your money or replace the goods.
NOTE: This money back guarantee does not apply to the cost of providing and shipping an AVG Installation Disc where this has been requested and the CD/DVD-ROM is not faulty. In these circumstances, this guarantee only covers the AVG product licence cost.
Refund Claims
To claim a refund or replacement as described above, you must provide evidence that the product is faulty to AVG along with proof of purchase. AVG will process your request within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of the faulty product and proof of purchase. Where a refund or replacement is affected by AVG, licence codes delivered to you will be destroyed and rendered inoperable.
