Getting it to you fast

In certain circumstances, your order of AVG software may require us to ship Compact Discs, Installation Discs or other products to you.

For shipping within Australia the cost of shipping is included in the cost of your purchase. For shipping to New Zealand and other international destinations, commercially reasonable shipping fees may be charged as negotiated with AVG.

AVG endeavours to maintain sufficient stock of all our physical products to deliver our products within the time frames outlined below. In circumstances where no stock is currently available, AVG undertakes to take all steps to arrange delivery to you as soon as possible and to keep you informed of the progress of your delivery.

Delivery Timeframe

In most cases, orders received before 3.00 p.m. Monday to Friday will be shipped by close of business on that same working day.

AVG strives to ensure all our clients receive physical goods within the following number of working days of placing their order:

• 3 working days to destinations within Australia; and
• 5 working days to destinations outside of Australia.
