AVG Technical Support

For Paid AVG Users

Step 1. Check the Documentation

Have you read the User Manual and/or Quick Guide which relates to your product? These documents step you through the AVG Installation Process, plus explain how to configure and use the products. You'll find them on your AVG Installation Disc, or go online to download the latest Documentation Files.

Step 2. Check the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

Check the Frequently Asked Questions pages for the product that you are requiring assistance with.

Step 3. E-mail to AVG (AU/NZ) Support Centre

The AVG (AU/NZ) Technical Support Centre (located in Melbourne, Australia) provides support to customers and resellers who have purchased software directly from AVG (AU/NZ).

We encourage you to e-mail your initial enquiry rather than call us. This automatically enters your support request into our Support Tracking Systems database and ensures that your enquiry is routed to the most appropriate person. It also provides you with a ticket number to be used as a reference number for your enquiry that can be tracked to ensure that you receive a timely response.

We do try to respond quickly, but for more complex queries we may have to refer your question on to one of the developers which takes a little longer. We will endeavour to keep you fully informed should there be a delay.

Step 4. Telephone the AVG (AU/NZ) Technical Support Centre
