How to display/copy the licence number?

• Run AVG.
• Click Support in the top right corner.
• Your AVG Licence Number is shown in the Licence Details field within this window.
• Use the copy to clipboard button to take the licence number to the clipboard. Then enter the number into the text field using CTRL+V shortcut.

• Run AVG.
• Double-click the Licence component.
• Your AVG Licence Number is shown in the lower part of the screen in AVG.
• Use the Copy licence number button to take the licence number to the clipboard. Then enter the number into the text field using CTRL+V shortcut.

• Run AVG.
• Double-click the Licence component.
• Your AVG Licence Number is shown in the lower part of the screen in AVG.
• Use the Copy licence number button to take the licence number to the clipboard. Then enter the number into the text field using CTRL+V shortcut.

• Run AVG.
• Double-click the Licence component.
• Your AVG Licence Number is shown in the lower part of the screen in AVG.
• Use the Copy licence number button to take the licence number to the clipboard. Then enter the number into the text field using CTRL+V shortcut.

AVG Identity Protection

• Run the AVG Identity Protection (double-click the AVG IDP icon in the system tray)
• Switch to the Settings tab.
• Your AVG IDP Licence number can be found in the lower part of the AVG IDP window

Please note that it is not possible to find the licence number in the AVG PC Tuneup program at the moment. The licence number needs to be copied from the AVG PC Tuneup registration e-mail you received before.

Please note that AVG Family Safety and AVG LiveKive do not have licence numbers. To receive support for these products, please log in to your AVG MyAccount .
